who we work witH

We have extensive experience designing and delivering projects with and for young people with a wide range of needs and lived experiences, including neurodivergent and neurotypical young people, those with sensory impairments (including blind and visually impaired participants) and young people who are non-verbal or communicate in different ways.

We also regularly work with young people facing intersecting barriers, including those from marginalised communities, young people from ethnically minoritised and LGBTQIA+ communities, young people from care-experienced backgrounds and those affected by social, economic or health inequalities.

Our approach is flexible and responsive, adapting facilitation styles, communication methods and materials to ensure all young people can engage in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful to them. This includes creating accessible workshop formats, offering multiple ways to contribute, and building environments where different forms of expression are recognised and valued. As a result, we ensure participation is not only inclusive, but genuinely empowering for every young person involved.
